Shipping Information
Nothing here arrives in a box. LAN HARBOR sells time on a station in one club in Bahía Blanca, so "delivery" only means how your booking and any prepaid pass reach you — all of it digital, all of it instant.
No physical shipping
We do not sell or post hardware, and there is no courier or tracking number. What you buy is access to a seat, redeemed on the floor at Calle Alsina 150.
Your booking confirmation
Send the booking form and we email a confirmation to the address you gave — your zone, date and block. It usually lands within a few minutes. If it does not, check the spam folder and call the desk; the seat is held either way once the form is through.
Prepaid passes
A prepaid bundle of hours is issued as a code tied to your name and email, sent the same way — by email, right after purchase. Quote the code or your name at the desk and we load it onto your session. Nothing needs to arrive in the post first.
If something goes missing
No confirmation, wrong date, a code that will not load — tell the desk at +54 9 291 432-1098 and we fix it on the spot, at any hour. Because it is all digital, there is nothing to reship; we simply resend or correct the record.
